The staff was very helpful, which made check-in smooth despite it being in a different building, just a short walk away. However, our triple room felt a bit dark and could have used better lighting. On a positive note, the location was convenient for exploring the city, though crossing bridges to reach areas like Rialto took some time.

The room layout was decent enough for a quick stay, easy to jet around town if you get a water bus pass.

The bed was cramped—140cm is too snug for two, resulting in some disturbance during the night. Noise levels were bothersome. thin walls made it hard to not overhear conversations from neighboring rooms.

The room was stunningly decorated and super clean—towels changed every day! ! Plus, the warm heating made the chilly weather outside feel like a distant memory. The air conditioning was great after walking around in the heat, really saved us from sweating it out.

This place was a fantastic base for our family adventure. We enjoyed boat tours organized right from the hotel. The proximity to local shops and attractions kept our grandkids entertained, making it a memorable stay for everyone involved.
